Your Challenge - What To Expect?

The Why?

  • You must have a why to truly succeed.   

What Is Expected Of Me?

  • Our mission is to change your life.   We need you to invest in us and much as we will be investing in you. We need you to surrender all your past beliefs on  exercise and nutrition.  We promise you amazing results but you must trust the process.
  • Everyone starts in the 30 minute beginner class. No exceptions. The trainer will pass you when you're ready. Safety is our # 1 priority.
  • Use the application to let us know you're coming.  If we know you're coming we can plan your circuit training around your needs. If you walk in the door without us knowing we cannot give you the best of us.
  • We get many requests that challengers want to bring in a friend or spouse because they are loving the classes.  We appreciate that but first lets get you through the 6 weeks. You are going to be your # 1 priority for this challenge. It's time to make you #1 for a change. 
  • Get to at least 3 workouts a week.

This Is A Boot Camp, and it is run as one. What happens after the 6 weeks?

  • Be on time for classes, if you are late you will be locked out.
  • Be respectful of our staff and members
  • We take this seriously, so do others.
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothings better. But negative energy spreads too
  • Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This plan is critical. We have a program that is tested and works, but only if you follow it!
  • Appropriate shoes and attire.Proper hygiene is required. Deodorant and a shower is being respectful of others.
  • We are investing in you and want you to succeed. Without a milestone or goal, you cannot achieve success.  After the 6 week period, you will be required to pass a fitness test.  If you pass the test we will offer you to continue into the next phase of our program.

My Food Coach and Plan

  • You will be given a food coach and a milestone.  Your coaches will check in with you frequently over the 6 weeks. Your food plan may stay the same or may change over the 6 weeks.
